Who are Triad?
Triad are a number of things:
Network, Server and Workstation Service and Support Providers - from 1 user
systems to 500+ User Enterprises, we support and provide as little, or as much
of your IT requirements, as YOU require.
Communications providers - Phone systems. WAN, LAN and Internet connectivity. We
also install our next-generation phone systems like Voice Over IP (VOIP) and we can
provide all aspects of telephony and network cabling.
Network/Internet Security - Firewall supply and configuration. Network
protection, Content Filtering, Anti-Spam, Anti-Virus and Intrusion Detection and
Protection.
Internet Service Provision (ISP) - Web, Domain & Email Hosting (we have in-house
and co-located systems) - We take the hassle out of managing your Web and Email
presence. We can provide web design (basic to advanced scale projects), backup
email feeds to keep your inboxes always contactable (even in the event of line
or server failures).

Triad primarily support Microsoft Windows based Networks, Servers
and Workstations based in Reading, Berkshire.
We provide support and maintenance cover for Small to Enterprise sized companies
(UK based), providing a "One-Stop Shop" for all aspects of our clients' IT
requirements.
Formed in 1990, Triad supplied mainly custom built PC's and Servers to clients
looking for specific systems to help their businesses function. As technology
has moved forward over the years, we now supply branded systems to provide
both highly reliable and cost-effective solutions to the ever increasing demands that
customers have on their systems.
Servers are now required to be available 24/7/365, which means that the team
suggest and provide equipment (based on our own experiences a majority of the time) to
facilitate these needs.
HP, Dell, Microsoft, Intel, Zyxel, Symantec, Multitech and Equisys, all play
large roles in supplying Triad with quality products that allow our customers to
worry about their day to day tasks rather than their IT systems.
Triad not only provide the necessary equipment to perform your business needs,
but the technical experience and knowledge of our in house engineers and their
equally important list of associates allow Triad to implement all of these
products confidently and with the understanding of your main requirements - low
down-time.
Our installations are designed with the close
relationship to our clients that we believe is vital in successful
installations. We apply an ongoing process of provisioning new systems and
updating existing systems, to make the most of the investments that customers make to their business
systems.
